用户协议
本协议适用于林东扬运营的 PalmRD 当前测试服务。请结合隐私说明阅读。当前面向年满18周岁的使用者，提供免费测试；没有开放付费流量包或公开下载。
使用范围
PalmRD 用于通过手机、平板查看和控制你自己的电脑，或已取得明确授权的电脑。你应取得设备所有者和相关人员的同意。不得用于未授权访问、监视、窃取数据、骚扰、传播恶意程序或其他违法行为。
账号与设备安全
使用能由你持续控制的邮箱，妥善保管密码和连接凭据，不向他人交付验证码。请及时撤销不再信任的设备并检查系统权限。远控操作可能修改、删除电脑上的内容或在其他应用中产生真实操作，请自行核对目标设备和操作结果。发现账号被盗或授权异常时，请立即停止连接并联系支持。
测试服务与费用
测试功能可能调整，服务可能因维护、故障或网络条件中断；请为重要文件保留独立备份，不将本服务作为唯一的紧急访问方式。当前不收取服务费。若未来增加收费或改变重要使用条件，会提前说明价格、范围和退出方式，需要你另行确认，不因本协议自动产生购买或扣费。
暂停、退出与删除
为处理安全威胁、滥用或依法配合要求，我们可能限制相关功能或账号，并在适当情况下提供说明和联系渠道。你可以停止使用、撤销权限或删除账号。卸载应用不等同于删除云账号；删除云账号也不会删除电脑文件或其他应用的数据。
权利、责任与联系
你保留自身内容的权利，并应确保操作和传输获得必要授权。软件及第三方组件权利归各自权利人，开源组件适用相应许可。本协议不排除法律规定不得排除的责任或使用者权利；发生争议时可先通过联系渠道协商，依法享有的救济途径不受影响。

Terms for the current test service
Effective 22 September 2026. PalmRD is operated by 林东扬. Read these terms together with the privacy notice. The current free test is for adults aged 18 or older; no paid relay plans or public downloads are offered here.
Only view or control your own computers or those for which you have clear authorization and affected people's consent. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, surveillance, theft, harassment, malware or unlawful activity.
Keep control of your account email and protect passwords, codes and connection credentials. Revoke untrusted devices and review OS permissions. Remote actions can modify or delete files or trigger real actions in other apps; verify the destination and results. Stop connections and contact support if access appears compromised.
Test features may change and maintenance, faults or network conditions may interrupt service. Keep independent backups and do not rely on PalmRD as your only emergency access method. There is currently no service fee. Any future paid offer will separately disclose pricing, scope and cancellation and require confirmation; these terms do not authorize purchases or charges.
We may restrict relevant functions or accounts to address security threats, abuse or lawful requirements, with explanations/contact where appropriate. You may stop use, revoke permissions or delete the account. Uninstalling does not delete the cloud account, and cloud deletion does not erase computer files or other apps' data.
You retain rights in your content and must have authorization for your actions/transfers. Software and third-party components belong to their respective rights holders and applicable licenses. These terms do not exclude non-excludable legal rights or liabilities or restrict legal remedies. Contact support@palmrd.com for service issues and privacy@palmrd.com for privacy matters. Important changes will be highlighted, with separate consent where legally required.
