删除账号说明
你可以在应用内删除账号，也可以不打开 App，通过已运行的测试服务入口验证邮箱并删除。无需原电脑在线，不要求先到 Mac 撤销授权。
方式一：应用内操作
- 打开“账号与安全”，选择“删除账号”。
- 输入当前密码重新验证身份。
- 阅读删除影响并明确确认永久删除。
方式二：通过浏览器
在浏览器打开上述独立 HTTPS 入口。输入账号邮箱，收取专用于删除的验证码，阅读并勾选永久删除确认，然后提交。验证码10分钟内有效，不要把它交给客服或他人。仅收到邮件不会删除账号；未主动请求时可忽略邮件。
删除哪些数据
在线删除账号、会话、控制设备、邀请、授权、额度与用量等账号关联记录，并解除电脑归属。删除不能撤销已经在远端完成的操作，也不会删除电脑文件、本机偏好、文本历史、钥匙串或系统备份。独立手动连接凭据需在对应设备另行管理。离线电脑及已有连接的失效可能有延迟。
哪些记录不会立即消失
常规备份采用7天滚动窗口，实际清理依赖任务成功。为恢复安全保留的删除／撤销记录、主机身份及撤销回执，以及部分历史日志、回滚副本和邮件不会随在线账号立即清除。测试阶段部分自动到期清理尚未完成，不能承诺所有副本7天内消失。具体范围见隐私说明。

Delete your PalmRD account
You do not need your original computer online or to revoke access on your Mac first.
- In the app, open Account & Security → Delete account, reauthenticate with your current password, review the consequences and confirm permanent deletion.
- Alternatively, use the existing HTTPS self-service deletion page. Verify your email with a deletion-only code, check the permanent-deletion confirmation and submit. Codes expire in 10 minutes. Never share them with support or anyone else. Merely receiving a message does not delete the account; ignore unrequested messages.
Online deletion removes the account, sessions, control devices, invitations, authorizations, quotas and usage and releases host ownership. It cannot undo completed remote actions or erase computer files, local preferences, text history, Keychain items or system backups. Manage independent manual-connection credentials on the relevant device. Offline computers and existing connections may take time to lose access.
Managed regular backups use a seven-day rolling window subject to successful cleanup. Deletion/revocation safety records, host identities, revocation receipts, some historical logs, rollback copies and mail are not immediately erased. Some automatic expiry remains incomplete during testing; not every copy is guaranteed to disappear within seven days. See the privacy notice.
If you cannot use these options, email privacy@palmrd.com with the account email and problem, but no password or code. A displayed sender address alone does not prove ownership. Support mail does not trigger automatic deletion; we will explain necessary identity checks.
